Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Typical delivery times are:

  • USA & Canada: 1–3 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Standard Returns

  • You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalised items

  • Personal care goods (beauty/hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund, then place a new order.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return an order for any reason, provided it is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval.

  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for banks/card issuers to complete the transaction.
